Ordering
Please make sure the e-mail address you provide to us is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. All order confirmations are sent to that e-mail address. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified.
Marvya will never accept orders from persons under the age of 18. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority. All prices are inclusive of UK VAT (but do not include delivery charges). Your payment card will be debited immediately.
Website
We have made every effort to display the colours and descriptions of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colours will accurately reflect the colour of product on delivery.
Delivery
Our aim is to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail recorded delivery system (allow for 3-4 working days days to delivered). Minimum standard delivery charges are £4.50 per UK delivery address and £7.50 for next day guaranteed delivery. Please note that orders for next day delivery need to be placed by 12 noon and any orders received out of office hours (Saturday-Sunday) will be dispatched on the following Monday.
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please e-mail at enquiries@marvya.co.uk. Most orders will be dispatched within 24 hours working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.
Please also note for delivery outside of the UK that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns / Exchange Policy
Once received, goods which are not satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for full refund or exchange. Before returning, please notify us in advance and please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. The items must be unworn, in their original condition, garment tag and packaging, within 14 days of our despatch date. We regret this does not apply to unwanted pierced products, hosiery, and confectionery items which can be returned for hygiene. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Jewellery purchased online through our website will need to be shipped back to us for return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the item. Marvya will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability, if a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order.

Returns Policy for Sale Items
Same as above except that we request that all sale items are returned within 7 days of our dispatch date. Except Jewelry which will remain the same at 3 days.
Returning Faulty Goods
At Marvya Boutique we regularly carry out rigorous quality controls on all our product. If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged when sent to you we will carefully examine by our Quality Department, we will arrange a refund you the cost of the goods (as soon as we receive the goods).
Payment
For you orders the Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Master Card, Delta, Switch American Express or Maestro cards. You may also place your order through telephone. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For first time online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.
By placing / submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details.
Conformity of goods
We try to to make sure that the descriptions is correct when publish however colours of products may vary.
Jurisdiction
Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this web site shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
