How to Returns
Shopping at Marvya, we want you to be entirely satisfied with the products you order.
Returns are absolutely free
*Once received, goods which are not of a satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned
for full refund or exchange. The items must be unworn, in their original condition, garment tag and
packaging, within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please include your original receipt in the returned
parcel. Any returned items that are not accompanied by Marvya boutique official receipt will not be
accepted. We regret this does not apply to unwanted pierced products, hosiery, and confectionery items
which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We do not accept any item with any indication
that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

Exchanges
*As conditions above, we will happily give you an exchange for the same item in a different size or if
a different garment is desired (subject to availability). Free delivery is given for exchanges for the same
item in a different size and for an exchange with a different garment there will be a delivery charge applied

Returning Faulty Products
At Marvya we are regularly carry out rigorous quality control checks on all our products. If the goods
are deemed faulty or damaged when delivered to you, we will carefully examine the goods once returned
to us by our Quality Control Department and if found faulty or damaged we will arrange a refund or
exchange for the cost of the goods along with the cost of the original delivery charges.

Easy, Free and Simply Way to Return an item
Please return the item(s) and the receipt in their original packaging. Attach the response licence with
special delivery label which we provided in the original delivery onto the returning parcel. Take the parcel
to a Royal Mail Post Office, where you will be issued with a certificate of postage, which should be retained
until the exchange/refund is completed. Free return postage will only apply if the response licence with special delivery label is placed onto the returning parcel.
